Oral Surgery Assistant Archway Oral Surgery and Dental Implants

Join a high-quality surgical team where your skills are valued and your growth is supported. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Oral Surgery Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about patient care and maintains a high level of detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and prepare patients for surgery
  • Assist in oral surgery procedures including extractions, dental implants and biopsies
  • Support IV sedation (patient prep, monitoring, and recovery)
  • Take dental X-rays/CBCTs/ intraoral scans and maintain accurate EMR records
  • Ensure strict sterilization and infection control standards
  • Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-op care
  • Keep the operatory clean, stocked and organized
  • Help maintain efficient daily flow, including scheduling and treatment plan support

What We’re Looking For

  • Oral surgery or dental assisting experience
  • CPR/BLS (or willingness to obtain)
  • DAANCE certification a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Washington, MO

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • 7:40 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
