Dental Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing quality oral healthcare services to our patients.

Duties

• Assist dentists during procedures in various specialties including Endodontics
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental x-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions
• Provide patient care and support during dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using software such as Dentrix
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain aseptic techniques
• Perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs

Experience

• Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques
• Proficiency in assisting with various dental procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
