Endodontist

Paramount Dental Care & Specialty is seeking an experienced and motivated Endodontist Associate to join our growing multi-specialty dental practice in North Long Beach, CA.

We are looking to initially add an Endodontist one Thursday per month, with the potential to increase to additional days as patient demand and the specialty program grow.

Compensation & Schedule

• 40% of production
• Starting at 1 Thursday per month
• Opportunity to add additional days in the future
• Endodontist to bring their own endodontic instruments, materials, and specialty supplies
• Endodontist may bring their own trained endodontic assistant, if preferred, with the cost of the assistant split 50/50 between the Endodontist and the practice
• In-office CBCT unit available for endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Is licensed to practice dentistry in California
• Has completed an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Is comfortable performing a full range of endodontic procedures
• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care
• Has excellent clinical and communication skills
• Is reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Is interested in developing a long-term relationship with our practice

About the Practice

Paramount Dental Care & Specialty is a modern, fully digital, multi-specialty practice providing general dentistry and specialty services under one roof. Our office is equipped with in-office CBCT imaging, allowing for convenient 3D imaging for endodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and case evaluation.

We are looking to expand our in-house endodontic services and provide our patients with convenient, high-quality specialty care within our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Endodontist looking to add a flexible specialty day to their existing schedule, with the opportunity to expand into additional days as the schedule grows.

Compensation: 40% of Production

Schedule: 1 Thursday per month to start, with growth potentialLocation: North Long Beach, CA
