About the Role Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist, $300,000 to $450,000 a year, up to 4 days a week, sign-on or relocation bonus included. Leap Kids Dental is growing its Little Rock, AR team and welcoming candidates based in or willing to relocate from the greater Memphis area, about a 2-hour drive west. You'll join an established pediatric practice with full clinical and non-clinical support, so your day stays focused on patients rather than paperwork.

What You'll Do • Provide preventive and restorative care for children and adolescent patients • Build trust with young patients and their families at every visit • Partner with an experienced hygiene and support team to keep the schedule running smoothly • Take part in provider-led mentorship and continuing education

What You'll Bring Required: • DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school • Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain one • Active federal DEA registration, or ability to obtain one Preferred: • Pediatric dentistry experience or genuine interest in treating children • Bilingual English/Spanish •
