van Greuningen Dentistry is an established, doctor-owned private dental practice in Buckhead seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team approximately 3 days per week.

We are a relationship-focused practice with patients who value their dental health and appreciate personalized, comprehensive care. Our goal is to create an environment where our hygienist has the time, technology, and team support needed to provide excellent care while developing meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for more than someone to simply fill a hygiene schedule. We want a hygienist who takes pride in their clinical care, communicates well with patients, and enjoys working collaboratively with the doctor and team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Provides thorough preventive and periodontal care
• Is confident with periodontal assessment and patient education
• Builds genuine relationships with patients
• Communicates treatment needs clearly and professionally
• Takes accurate digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Maintains detailed and accurate clinical records
• Works collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team
• Pays attention to the details that create an exceptional patient experience
• Brings a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude to the office

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Dental Hygiene license required
• 2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care
• Experience with digital dental technology preferred
• Dentrix or similar practice-management software experience is a plus

Schedule:

• approximately 3 days per week
• Our ideal schedule is: Monday–Wednesday However, we are open to discussing alternative scheduling arrangements for an exceptional candidate.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $45.00–$65.00 per hour, based on experience
