Pediatric Dental Hygienist

Dentist-owned, well-established private pediatric dental practice seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist for a starting salary of $47.00 up to $50.00, depending on level of experience.

Job Type:
Full-time (4 days): Monday-Thursday Part-Time, 2 days a week, Wednesday 8:00-4:30 (lunch 1:00-2:00) and Thursday 7:30-2:00 (no lunch)

Registered Dental Hygienist. Summer Hours (June and July): 7:30-3:00 no lunch

We are seeking a motivated, upbeat, and energetic Dental Hygienist who loves working with children and is committed to promoting healthy smiles. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance for pediatric patients.
• Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Take dental X-rays as needed.
• Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Contribute to a positive, child-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Georgia.
• Previous experience in a pediatric dental setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for working with children.
