Dental Hygienist

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health and providing preventive dental care to our patients. You should be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding patient care.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Performing dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments such as scaling and root planing.</li><li>Administering local anesthesia and applying dental sealants.</li><li>Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and recommending appropriate oral care products.</li><li>Taking and developing dental x-rays.</li><li>Assisting with dental procedures and patient management as needed.</li><li>Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.</li><li>Adhering to infection control and safety protocols.</li><li>Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in dental hygiene.</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong>:</p><ul><li>Associate's degree or higher in Dental Hygiene.</li><li>Valid state dental hygiene license.</li><li>Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Attention to detail and thoroughness in patient care.</li><li>Commitment to continuing education and professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Full Time Opportunity, 4 days </li><li>From $60+ per hour with a performance bonus opportunity.</li><li>401(k) and up to a 4% match.</li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision coverage offerings.</li><li>Employee Assistance Program - that connects team members and their families with complimentary, confidential, short-term counseling and advisory services.</li><li>We have ALL necessary PPE and are following CDC recommended guidelines.
