About the Role Let’s get to the good stuff first:
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., plus every other Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience. We believe dental assistants deserve to be paid well for the skill, care, and hard work they bring every day.

- Experience: Ideally, at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, but if you’re a motivated superstar with less experience, we’re willing to train the right person!
What You'll Do • Assist with advanced surgical, implant, restorative, and cosmetic procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments • Support the dentist during procedures while anticipating clinical needs • Provide reassurance and compassionate care to patients • Explain post-operative instructions clearly and confidently • Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office • Contribute to a positive team culture every day
