Dental Assistant
Job Description
We are a high-level, technology-driven dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant with hands-on knowledge in CEREC, implant dentistry, and surgical procedures. This role is ideal for someone confident, efficient, and passionate about comprehensive dentistry.
-Chairside assisting for CEREC / same-day crowns -Implant dentistry (surgical setup, assisting, post-op care) -Surgical procedures (extractions, bone grafting, suturing assistance) -Strong understanding of sterilization, surgical tray setup, and infection control -Ability to anticipate doctor needs during advanced procedures
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with CBCT and digital scanning -Knowledge of implant systems and surgical workflows -Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software -Ability to train or support other assistants when needed -Professional, patient-focused, calm under pressure
Responsibilities
-Assist doctor during restorative, implant, and surgical procedures -Prepare and manage CEREC scans and restorations -Set up and break down surgical rooms efficiently -Educate patients pre- and post-operatively -Maintain accurate clinical notes and follow protocols -Support a smooth, high-end patient experience
