We are expanding our team and are currently looking to fill 2 positions:

🦷 Orthodontic Assistant / RDA 💲 $17–$22/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities include: ✔️ Assisting with orthodontic procedures (banding, bonding, archwire changes) ✔️ Taking diagnostic records (iTero, i-CAT, photos) ✔️ Providing exceptional patient care and customer service ✔️ Educating patients on oral hygiene ✔️ Maintaining accurate records and organized treatment areas ✔️ Scheduling follow-up appointments

🧼 Sterilization Technician 💲 $10–$14/hour (based on experience)

📝Responsibilities include: ✔️ Instrument sterilization and infection control ✔️ Maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment ✔️ Supporting our clinical team ✔️ Providing excellent customer service

✨ What We Are Looking For: • Friendly, dependable, and motivated team players • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment • Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn!

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–38+ hours per week Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet our patients' needs.
