Pediatric Dental Assistant

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and dependable individual to join our team as a Registered Dental Assistant and New Patient Coordinator. If you enjoy working with children, have excellent communication skills, and bring positive energy to the workplace, we’d love to meet you!

Position Requirements: • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification • At least 1 year of dental experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Passion for delivering excellent patient care

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and guide patients and families through their first visit in our office • Assist the doctor during procedures (exams, cleanings, etc.) • Perform accurate charting and maintain detailed patient records • Take high quality dental x-rays on patients • Answer and manage new patient phone calls with professionalism and warmth • Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments • Assist Marketing/Public Relations Director with a variety of tasks

Compensation and Benefits: • $17-24/hour • Paid Vacation • Dental benefits for employees and children • Discounted Supplemental Insurance
