Alegre Dental San Antonio is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! We are a patient-focused practice with a fun and supportive work environment where both our patients and our staff feel valued and appreciated.

What We’re Looking For: Current Texas RDA license Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care Excellent customer service – we go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for Ability to multitask in a busy dental office while maintaining a warm, welcoming approach

Responsibilities: Chairside assisting during dental procedures Sterilization, room setup, and maintaining a clean clinical environment Supporting the dentist and hygienists to ensure smooth daily operations Educating patients and making them feel comfortable throughout their visit Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
