Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time

Pay: $25–$35 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

Peikar Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, discussing financial options, and helping families begin their orthodontic journey.

Responsibilities
Welcome new patients and create an outstanding first impression
Guide patients through orthodontic consultations
Clearly explain treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, payment plans, and financing options
Coordinate appointments and support a smooth patient experience
Follow up with prospective patients and maintain excellent communication
Build strong relationships with patients and their families
Occasionally represent the practice at community and marketing events
As experience grows, assist with training other orthodontic teams on Celebrace
Provide chairside assistance when needed, based on experience
Qualifications
Experience in orthodontics, dentistry, healthcare, sales, or customer service is preferred
Dental assisting or chairside experience is a major plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning orthodontic and practice-management software
Positive, energetic, professional, and passionate about helping people
Comfortable presenting information and potentially training dental professionals
