Pediatric Dental Front Office

We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Specialist for our growing pediatric dental office in Cedar Park. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check patients in and out
Verify insurance information and assist with patient billing
Post payments and manage patient accounts
Ensure every patient has a positive experience in our office
Provide general reception duties as needed

Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A passion for helping children and making their dental visits enjoyable
