Premier Non Corporate Alpharetta / Canton Pediatric Dental Office Seeking To Fill A Front Desk Position

Hours 6:45am to 4:45pm Monday thru Thursday

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years dental experience
• A knowledge of Eaglesoft Dental Software
• A working knowledge of dental insurance
• A working knowledge of patient scheduling and confirmation
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone voice
• Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and basic office skills
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while maintaining service levels
• Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics and managing flow
• Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research availability and provide options and alternatives
