Our close knit, fun loving, private practice in Canton Georgia is ready to hire an enthusiastic, experienced Scheduling/Treatment Plan Coordinator! Our practice is small and family oriented, so team players are a must! We are looking for a joyful, self-motivated, reliable, honest individual, with attention to detail.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Eaglesoft is helpful, but not required. Jovial personality, focused on schedule management and someone who is familiar with scheduling to goal, understanding the process of presenting treatment plans, the ability to communicate with patients in a compassionate and knowledgeable manner, the ability to multi-task and follow through with ease, feeling comfortable asking for and collecting large sums of money. This job also involves understanding and being able to explain insurance benefits, speaking to patients in an educated and kind manner regarding their treatment. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability stay calm under pressure, and a cheerful disposition.

We are very focused on the patient experience, and the culture and energy in our office. A bubbly, light hearted personality with dental experience is a must.
