Dental Front Office

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Dental Hygiene Patient Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with a strong dental background who understands hygiene scheduling, patient communication, and creating a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities -Help maintain a productive and efficiently scheduled hygiene department -Welcome, check in, and check out patients with a friendly, professional attitude -Answer phones and assist patients with questions and scheduling -Verify patient information and maintain accurate records in Open Dental -Discuss recommended hygiene care and assist patients with scheduling their next visits -Follow up with patients who are overdue or need to schedule treatment -Collect payments and assist with insurance-related questions -Coordinate closely with hygienists, doctors, and the front office team -Provide an exceptional patient experience throughout the visit -Assist with other front office and Treatment Coordinator responsibilities as needed

Qualifications -Minimum 3 years of dental office experience – required -Fluent in Spanish and English – required -Dental hygiene scheduling or patient coordination experience strongly preferred -Experience with Open Dental is a plus -Friendly, professional, and patient-focused -Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills -Comfortable working in a fast-paced private dental practice
