Dental Front Office

Mall of Georgia Dentistry is seeking a front office administrator who is energetic, detail-oriented, organized, professional, and focused on customer service. This role involves being the welcoming face for patients, vendors, and guests, while also managing daily administrative tasks within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records for provider, insurance, and patient accounts.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments to optimize provider availability.

Clearly present treatment plans and financial obligations to patients.

Address patient concerns calmly and professionally, even under pressure.

Uphold a positive and professional appearance and demeanor.

Meet expectations set by the Dr. and adapt to practice needs.

Support the clinical team with tasks like operatory setup/breakdown and sterilization.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Positively contribute to a respectful and collaborative working environment with coworkers.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and standard operating procedures.
