Treatment Coordinator — Growing Private Dental Practice

Full-Time | $24–$30/hour + Bonus Opportunity

Premier Smiles of Charlotte is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing private practice.

We are looking for someone who is great with people, comfortable discussing finances, highly organized, and able to take ownership of patients from treatment presentation through scheduling and payment.

This is not just a front-desk position.

You will work closely with the doctor and leadership team to help patients understand their treatment, determine the best financial option for them, and make sure accepted treatment actually gets scheduled.

What You’ll Own

• Treatment plan presentation
• Patient financial consultations
• Insurance estimate review
• Financing and payment options
• Deposits and patient collections
• Scheduling accepted treatment
• Unscheduled treatment follow-up
• Case acceptance tracking
• Treatment coordinator KPIs
• Large restorative and comprehensive cases
• Implant and cosmetic case coordination
• Communication between doctor, clinical team, and patient
• Maintaining a strong treatment pipeline

We’d Love Someone Who

• Has strong dental office experience
• Has previously presented treatment plans
• Is confident discussing money
• Can comfortably present larger cases
• Understands dental terminology and procedures
• Builds trust easily with patients
• Has excellent follow-through
• Is organized and self-directed
• Can be held accountable to measurable goals
• Understands that great treatment coordination is about helping patients make good decisions — not pressuring them

Experience with Eaglesoft is highly preferred.

Experience with Dental Intelligence, Sunbit, Cherry, CareCredit, Mango Voice, implants, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligners, or comprehensive restorative treatment is a plus.

Compensation

$24–$30/hour based on experience + performance bonus opportunity

Schedule

Full-time Monday–Friday Charlotte, NC
