Dental Front Office
Job Description
Our office is seeking an EXPERIENCED OFFICE COORDINATOR(no experience please do not apply) to oversee and coordinate the daily business operations of a modern, growth-focused dental practice. This is not a typical front desk position. We are looking for a high-level coordinator who understands practice performance, production goals, KPI’s, patient experience, and strategic growth. Opportunity for growth is available.

Familiar with Open Dental Professional, organized, and business- minded Someone who can help ensure the office runs efficiently while contributing to increased production and case acceptance. Someone who understands the importance of systems, improving performance, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Practice Coordination & Operations
Coordinate daily office flow and scheduling efficiency Schedule strategically to meet and exceed production goals Maintain smooth and organized front office systems Support team accountability and office performance Insurance & Financial Management Patient billing and financial coordination Accounts receivable management Follow-up on outstanding claims and balances
Treatment Coordination
Present treatment plans professionally and confidently Help patients understand treatment and financial options Support strong case acceptance Build trust with patients through excellent communication
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION
Lead Dental front office or coordinator experience MINIMUM 8YRS Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing Experience with accounts receivable (AR) Experience presenting treatment plans *Experience scheduling to production goals Understanding of dental KPIs and practice metrics Marketing or growth strategy experience Leadership or coordinator experience
