Treatment Coordinator — Full-Time

BLUSH Dental Studio is seeking a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to join our comprehensive, modern dental practice in East Point, Georgia. This is a Monday–Friday position for a professional, articulate, and polished individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to confidently manage multiple front-office responsibilities including treatment plan presentation in a fast-paced dental environment. We are looking to fill this position immediately. A stable work history and professional references are required.

Treatment Coordinator Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience with treatment planning and treatment plan presentation in a dental practice • Experience coordinating treatment for multiple providers • Proficiency in submitting insurance claims and pre-authorizations • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment • Experience with insurance verification and benefits interpretation • Ability to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive schedule • Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems and technology • Proficiency with the latest version of Dentrix is required • Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
