Job Description
Our private general dental office in Haslet looking for an experienced, friendly, and energetic Patient Services Coordinator to join our tight-knit team. The ideal Candidate will also have RDA cross-training abilities. Assistant with front office experience is a huge bonus and asset to the position. This position requires strong time-management and organizational skills with strong multi-task expertise. 3+ years in Dental front desk experience is ideal. This candidate will have a clinical understanding and optimally be familiar with clinical procedures. Providing the first friendly phone contact with our patients • Setting up patient appointments and verifying insurance • Confirmations of appointments • Patient follow-up • Check in and check-out of patients • Coordinating with the lab • Setting up continuing care and treatment appointments • ensuring a productive schedule for Hygienist and Doctor • Strong knowledge of Insurance is a must • Presenting treatment plans to patients with accuracy • Comfortable discussing finances, financial arrangements, and payments with patients • Familiar with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
Our doctor values your time with family and friends, so we see patients Mon-Thurs one week and Tues-Fri the next week. Allowing for no weekends, a four-day weekend every other weekend and no late evenings.
