<h1>🪥 Dental Assistant | Kalamazoo, MI | $26 Per Hour</h1> Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan Schedule: 3 days per week (Weekdays) Compensation: $26 per hour Position Type: W2 <h2>About The Opportunity</h2> Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. If you're looking for meaningful, mission-driven work in a supportive clinical environment with predictable scheduling, this opportunity could be a great fit. <h2>The Setting</h2> This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. • Clinic staff are on-site full time • Organized scheduling and patient flow • Coordinated, team-based care environment • Value-based model focused on seniors We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> • Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments • Support patient intake and documentation • Maintain infection control and sterilization standards • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team <h2>What Makes This Different</h2> This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment.
