Experienced Associate Dentist
Job Description
Are you an experienced dentist who feels ready for more than routine fillings, crowns, and single-tooth dentistry?
We are looking for a confident, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Brick, NJ.
This is an opportunity for a dentist who loves comprehensive dentistry, wants to perform higher-level procedures, and is interested in understanding how oral health connects to the health of the entire patient.
The Opportunity
Our ideal associate already has a strong clinical foundation and is comfortable practicing independently. Experience in several of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Cosmetic dentistry and veneers
- Complex restorative dentistry
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
- Surgical and complex extractions
- Implant placement
- Bone grafting / GBR
- Treatment planning larger, multidisciplinary cases
You do not need previous experience in biologic or holistic dentistry.
In fact, we expect to teach much of that.
What we are looking for is a dentist who is curious, open-minded, clinically driven, and wants to keep growing.
Dentistry Beyond the Single Tooth
Our philosophy is simple: treat the patient, not just the tooth.
In addition to comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry, you'll have the opportunity to learn and incorporate concepts such as:
*Salivary and bacterial testing * Ozone therapy *Biocompatible dental materials * Advanced periodontal therapies *PRF and regenerative techniques * Minimally invasive dentistry The oral-systemic connection
You don't need to walk in knowing how to do all of this.
We will teach you.
The right dentist will see this as an opportunity to add another dimension to the dentistry they already know—not abandon traditional dentistry.
Mentorship Without Micromanagement
We are specifically looking for an experienced dentist, but that doesn't mean you have to know everything.
You'll have access to mentorship in complex treatment planning, surgery, implants, grafting, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, and biologically focused dentistry.
We want someone who can confidently run their own schedule while still having another experienced doctor available when a challenging case comes through the door.
Who Will Thrive Here?
This position is probably a great fit if you:
- Are confident clinically and enjoy comprehensive treatment planning
- Want to do more advanced dentistry rather than refer everything out
- Enjoy surgery, implants, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Want to become even better at larger and more complex cases
- Care about why disease is occurring—not simply repairing the damage
- Enjoy learning new techniques and technologies
- Want clinical autonomy with mentorship available when you need it
- Take pride in the quality of your dentistry and the patient experience
We're less concerned about whether you've practiced "biologic dentistry" before.
We're much more interested in whether you're the type of dentist who wants to keep learning.
Why Join Us?
This isn't a position where you'll spend your career doing the same procedures you learned in dental school.
You'll have the opportunity to practice the dentistry you're already good at while expanding what you're capable of doing.
You'll work in an environment that encourages comprehensive treatment, advanced procedures, continuing education, mentorship, and clinical growth.
If you're an experienced dentist who has ever thought:
"I know I'm capable of doing more."
We would love to meet you.
