Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description
Perinton Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who believes hygiene is more than routine care, it is also periodontal therapy and whole-body health advocacy.
We are a growing practice and are currently looking to fill a F/T and P/T position.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal RDH will provide a mix of preventive and periodontal care. Support a variety of services; including cosmetic, implant, and airway-focused treatments. Work in a digital-first office with iTero scanners, CBCT, digital X-rays, AI software (Overjet and Logicon) and Florida Probe (periodontal probing and charting). Other qualities include:
- Understanding of oral-systemic links and chronic inflammation
- Demonstrates strong periodontal assessment skills and effectively communicates findings as part of a collaborative co-diagnosis process
- Collaborates in co-diagnosis and delivers SRP therapy when indicated
- Takes ownership of patient outcomes
- Thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive periodontal charting, clinical assessment, and documentation to facilitate co-diagnosis and individualized treatment planning
- SRP therapy and periodontal maintenance
- Oral cancer screenings
- Review and documentation of medical histories
- Digital radiographs and intraoral imaging, and necessary scans
- Patient education on oral-systemic health
- Preventive therapies (fluoride, sealants, etc.)
