About the Role Exceptional earning opportunity for the right hygienist! We are looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in the South Tulsa/Bixby area. ★ PROVEN $160,000+ EARNING POTENTIAL: Our hygienists are compensated at 30% of adjusted production, and the hygienist working this position earned more than $160,000 over the most recent 12 months. This is not a projected number or an advertised “up to” amount, it is what this position has actually produced. ★ 4-DAY WORK WEEK: Approximately 40 hours per week with alternating Mondays and Fridays, giving you a four-day weekend every other week. ★ SUPPORTED ASSISTED HYGIENE: This position utilizes a double-column schedule with an excellent dental hygiene assistant. We understand that “assisted hygiene” can make some hygienists hesitant, especially if you have seen it done poorly before. Our system is different. It is structured, organized, well-supported, and designed to keep the day running smoothly for both the hygienist and the patient. We will train you on our system and give you the support needed to feel comfortable and confident with it. Current Oklahoma Registered Dental Hygienist license and proficiency administering local anesthesia required. What You'll Do • Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing. • Perform thorough periodontal assessments, charting, and clinical documentation. • Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended periodontal treatment. • Take diagnostic radiographs and work closely with the dentist during patient exams. • Safely administer local anesthesia as needed. • Collaborate with our dental hygiene assistant and clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care.
