Cosmetic Dental Hygienist

About the Role About the Role We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to replace our long-term hygienist who is retiring at the end of 2026. We wanted to start the search process early to find the perfect fit. We are looking for a compassionate, clinically strong, polished and professional team member who would add value by educating patients with confidence, empathy, and honesty. You will be joining a long-term collaborative team in our modern, high-quality cosmetic, TMJ & Holistic focused practice; that values dentistry, teamwork, professionalism, and patient relationships over volume-driven production. Rodney Baier, DDS is a private, fee-for-service, solo doctor practice, that is not assigned to any dental insurance contracts. We believe exceptional dentistry should feel personal, thoughtful, and deeply patient-centered. This is not a rushed, high-volume environment. Full-time Position Monday – Thursday 7 am – 4 pm. First patient at 7:30 am and last at 3:00 pm.

What You'll Do • • A warm, polished, and professional chair-side presence. Someone has strong interpersonal skills who values teamwork, growth, and relationship-based care. A hygienist who takes pride in creating an elevated patient experience • Minimum 3 years of clinical hygiene experience with Active Georgia Dental Hygiene License with strong communication and patient education skills. Someone who works with Dentrix, Dexis, and Digital Dentistry is preferred. • Perform thorough preventive and periodontal hygiene care - Take digital radiographs and intraoral images - Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations - Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
