About the Role Registered Dental Assistant Job Ad We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated RDA, who has a willingness to learn and a passion for helping people. This full-time position will be filled by a very qualified and genuine person, who loves dentistry and fits our team’s culture.

We are an established dental practice with more than 40 years rooted in the Madison community. We have a strong family-oriented atmosphere with a desire to provide exceptional care to our patients. This is a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts, and therefore we require positive, dependable, and team-oriented employees. This position is an addition to our RDA team, rounding the team at four.

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Experience: • Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred) • Digital X-rays/CBCT/Intra-Oral Camera • Paperless Charting/Noting • CEREC/Same-day Crowns • Oral Surgery/IV Sedation • Sleep Apnea • Clear Aligners • Computer Skills (Required); experience with EagleSoft dental software is a plus • Bilingual—a plus but not required

Work Location/Hours: • One location—Madison, TN • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and three Fridays per month: 7:30 a.m.– 2:00 p.m. Benefits offered: • Pay based on experience; competitive for local market • Monthly Profit Sharing • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay • Health Insurance after 90 days • Retirement Plan
