Pediatric Dental Front Office

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our pediatric dental practice. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify patient information, insurance details and obtain necessary documentation
• Collect and process patient payments and co-pays
• Manage patient records ensuring they are accurately entered and updated
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional front office environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental setting with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and patient when interacting with children and their families
• Must be a team player
