What You’ll Do -Welcome patients warmly and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit -Assist Dr. Gregory with a wide range of restorative and surgical procedures -Set up and break down operatories efficiently -Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral images -Maintain excellent infection control and sterilization standards -Anticipate the doctor’s needs and help procedures run smoothly and efficiently -Educate patients on treatment, post-operative instructions, and home care -Help maintain organized operatories, clinical supplies, and lab cases -Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly -Work closely with Dr. Gregory and the rest of the team to provide an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For -Dental assisting experience is required -Registered Dental Assistant certification in Texas is required -Experience with Dentrix is preferred -Experience with digital dentistry, scanners, implants, endodontics, or oral surgery is a plus -Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills -Warm, friendly, and professional personality -Strong attention to detail -Ability to stay organized and productive throughout the day -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently -Dependable, coachable, and a true team player -Willingness to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do -Willingness to take on tasks, when needed, that may fall outside normal duties -Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a first-class patient experience
