What You'll Learn

We provide hands-on training and mentorship in:

• Chairside assisting

• Digital radiographs and intraoral scanning

• Sterilization and infection control

• Oral sedation procedures

• Dental implant surgeries and restorative procedures

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Invisalign and clear aligner workflows

• Patient communication and education

• Clinical organization and efficiency

As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and advance within our practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments

• Maintain sterilization and infection-control protocols

• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed)

• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care

• Ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit

• Help maintain efficient clinical workflow

• Support teammates to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

✔ Certified Dental Assistant (or who is currently in Dental Assisting school and ready to graduate)

✔ Dental assisting experience is preferred but not required

✔ Strong customer service experience is a plus

✔ Willingness to learn and accept coaching

✔ Positive attitude and professional demeanor

✔ Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow
