Orthodontic Front Desk / Patient Coordinator

Full-Time | Benefits Included We are seeking a friendly, organized, and technology-minded team member to join our high-tech, high-touch orthodontic practice as an Orthodontic Front Desk & Patient Coordinator with a DentalMonitoring focus. This role combines exceptional front-office customer service with responsibility for supporting our DentalMonitoring workflows and patient engagement. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys working with patients and families, learns technology quickly, and takes ownership of important administrative and digital responsibilities. The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point person for day-to-day DM workflow management, including dashboard monitoring, patient communication, scan follow-up, onboarding, and coordination with the clinical team. This individual will help ensure that patients feel supported both inside and between office visits while helping the practice deliver efficient, high-quality orthodontic care.

Qualifications Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

College education in a relevant field preferred, but not required.

Previous dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable learning new technology, software, dashboards, and digital communication platforms.

Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and committed to helping provide an exceptional patient experience.

Previous DentalMonitoring experience is a plus but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Full-time position available immediately.  Compensation starting at $25/hour.
