<p></p><p>General Dentist – Raio Dental Hempstead</p><p>Location: Raio Dental | Hempstead, NY<br /> Schedule: Full-Time<br /> Compensation: $800–$1,000 Daily Guarantee | 33% Adjusted Net Production<br /> Patient Mix: PPO & Medicaid<br /> Required: Medicaid experience and Spanish fluency</p><h3>About the Opportunity</h3><p>Raio Dental Hempstead is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking General Dentist to join our established practice. We are looking for a provider who is confident delivering comprehensive general dentistry and communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.</p><p>Previous Medicaid experience and Spanish fluency are required for this location. Candidates should be comfortable with the pace, documentation, treatment planning, and patient needs associated with a practice serving both Medicaid and PPO populations.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li> Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning </li><li> Provide restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges </li><li> Perform extractions and endodontic treatment based on experience and clinical comfort </li><li> Provide emergency dental care </li><li> Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and recommended care in English and Spanish </li><li> Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation </li><li> Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and practice leadership </li><li> Maintain efficient patient flow while providing quality, patient-centered care </li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li> DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school </li><li> Active New York dental license in good standing </li><li> Previous Medicaid experience required </li><li> Spanish fluency required </li><li> Strong comprehensive general dentistry skills </li><li> Confidence treatment planning for a diverse patient population </li><li> Strong patient communication and case-presentation skills </li><li> Ability to work effectively within an established clinical team </li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>We offer a competitive daily guarantee of $800–$1,000 during the initial ramp-up period, based on experience.
