<p>Registered Dental Hygienist – Smile Fitness Dental Center</p><p>Location: Smile Fitness Dental Center | Sky Desert Ranch, Phoenix, AZ<br />Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 4 Days/Week<br />Compensation: $50–$55/hour, based on experience<br />Practice: General Dentistry<br />Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service</p><h3>About the Opportunity</h3><p>Smile Fitness Dental Center is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Phoenix practice. This is a four-day-per-week position, Monday through Thursday, in a PPO and fee-for-service environment.</p><p>We’re looking for a hygienist who values patient education, preventative care, and building long-term relationships with patients while working collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li> Provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal hygiene care </li><li> Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing </li><li> Complete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health </li><li> Take diagnostic radiographs as needed </li><li> Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment </li><li> Identify areas of concern and communicate findings with the doctor </li><li> Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation </li><li> Support an efficient, patient-focused clinical environment </li><li> Collaborate closely with doctors, dental assistants, and the front office team </li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li> Active Arizona Dental Hygienist license in good standing </li><li> Strong periodontal assessment and clinical hygiene skills </li><li> Comfortable educating patients and discussing recommended care </li><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Dependable and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team </li><li> Commitment to providing a positive patient experience </li></ul><h3>Schedule</h3><p>This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position.
