About the Role We are looking for a Pediatric Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our MyCHN Technology Drive located in Angleton TX . What You'll Do • Assist the dentist with pediatric dental procedures and patient care. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for appointments. Support children and families throughout their dental visits with patience and compassion. Help create a comfortable, positive, and child-friendly environment. Maintain accurate patient records and follow established clinical and safety protocols. Assist with sterilization and infection-control procedures. Work collaboratively with dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and other members of the care team. Provide excellent customer service while helping patients feel valued and cared for. What We’re Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials in accordance with applicable state requirements. A passion for working with pediatric patients and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality patient care. Previous pediatric dental experience is a plus.
