Orthodontic Dental Assistant

About the Role Buffalo Grove Orthodontics has been creating confident smiles in our community since 1982. We're a progressive, technology-forward practice looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our close-knit team. This position is available immediately.

What You'll Do • Assist the doctor chairside with patient care (Invisalign and braces) • Take digital scans, photos, and x-rays • Help patients and families feel welcome and comfortable • Keep treatment areas clean, sterile, and ready • Pitch in on practice marketing, like asking patients for Google reviews and capturing photos and videos (with permission) for our social media

What You'll Bring Required: • A friendly, positive, and professional personality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Enjoys working with patients, especially children and teens • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning and embracing new technology • A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Preferred: • Social media knowledge is a plus • Ties to the Buffalo Grove or Wheeling communities are a plus
