Position Details: Schedule: Mon–Fri | Hours: 16–35/week Pay: $16.00 – $27/hour (based on experience) Location: On-site in Pearland, TX Type: Full-time/Part-time

What You'll Do • Welcome and assist patients from check-in to check-out • Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups • Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up on claims status • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options • Collect payments and manage account balances • Help optimize daily workflow and support team communication

What You'll Bring Required: • At least 1 year of dental front office experience • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills • Familiarity with dental insurance and billing experiences • A growth mindset and commitment to patient care Preferred: • RDA experience
