Did you just recently graduate from Dental Assisting school? Are you an eager-to-learn, grade A player who wants to start a meaningful career in dentistry? O’Shea Dentistry is a high-tech practice committed to caring for patients with excellence, compassion, and science-based techniques — and we’re looking for someone motivated, humble, and excited to grow with our team.

This is an entry-level role for someone ready to learn from the ground up. You’ll start by mastering sterilization, infection control, and instrument management while honing the skills you gained in dental assisting school with an experienced, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Manage sterilization, instrument processing, and room turnover with precision and consistency. Assist chairside as you learn — honing the skills you gained in dental assisting school and growing into confident, high-quality patient care Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and help maintain an efficient clinical flow. Participate in daily huddles, team learning, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn — dental assisting and X-ray certification required. Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. Reliability, humility, and a genuine desire to help both patients and team members. Someone who thrives in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
