About the Role Smile HQ Dental & Orthodontics is a privately owned general dental practice in Bowie, MD seeking an Associate Dentist who loves dentistry, values high-quality patient care, and wants to grow clinically in a well-managed, high-collection environment.

What You'll Do • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages • Perform exams, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive care • Deliver high-quality care with strong attention to detail and patient education • Perform crowns and fillings • Perform simple extractions • Perform implant restorations • Perform anterior and premolar root canal treatments

What You'll Bring Required: • DDS OR DMD • Active Maryland Dental License • DEA • 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry • Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset • High attention to detail and pride in clinical work • Growth mindset and desire for continued clinical development Preferred: • Experience with four-quadrant dentistry • Ability to manage 2–3 columns efficiently • Comfort with digital dentistry and modern workflows
