Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required to be considered Comfort with working in a well-established FFS practice in Midland, TX Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a dental team effectively Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
