Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our established practice in Corvallis, Oregon.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Oregon dental license in good standing or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Current CPR certification

DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
