EXPERIENCED ASSOCIATE DENTIST Private Practice | Part-Time with a Path to Full-Time

Job Type: Part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the schedule grows.

Schedule: Our practice is open Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with select Fridays. Initial days will be determined based on mutual availability and practice needs.

Kent Station Family Dentistry is a privately owned, technology-forward family and cosmetic dental practice located in the heart of Kent Station. We have built our practice around an “Elevated Smile Care” experience: exceptional dentistry delivered in a warm and comfortable environment.

Over the past two years, our practice has grown significantly and continues to move forward on an exciting growth trajectory. We have a strong existing patient base, consistent new-patient flow, an expanding range of comprehensive services, and an active digital marketing presence.

We are now seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to support this growth, build a thriving schedule, and gradually step into a meaningful clinical leadership role with confidence and autonomy.

INVISALIGN AND PRACTICE GROWTH

Invisalign is one of the major growth drivers of our practice and an important part of the patient experience we provide.

Owner dentist Dr. Amrita Majumdar is an Invisalign Diamond Provider with extensive education and advanced training in clear aligner therapy. She has developed structured systems for patient education, case presentation, treatment planning, digital scanning, ClinCheck review, delivery, and ongoing case management.

The incoming associate will have the opportunity to:

· Learn from an established and successful Invisalign program.

· Become comfortable identifying appropriate Invisalign candidates.

· Participate in patient education and Invisalign consultations.

· Strengthen skills in digital treatment planning and case management.

· Treat Invisalign cases based on experience, training, and demonstrated competency.

· Help expand one of the practice’s most important growth programs.

Prior Invisalign experience is welcomed but not required. A genuine interest in learning and participating in the program is important.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Provide comprehensive, patient-centered general and restorative dental care.

· Establish clinical trust through thorough examinations and developing appropriate, well-communicated treatment plans.

· Collaborate closely with the team to provide the best experience for the patient.

· Lead the clinical team with confidence and kindness.

· Contribute positively to team communication, culture, and daily workflow.

· Support the continued growth of the associate schedule and the practice.

· Participate in the practice’s Invisalign program and other growth initiatives.

· Contribute to the practice’s marketing and social media presence.

· Help communicate our services, technology, culture, and patient experience to the community.

· Uphold high standards of clinical quality, ethics, safety, and patient experience.

Experience with every advanced service or technology is not required. We value strong clinical fundamentals, excellent judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to continue learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our ideal candidate:

· Holds a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

· Has an active Washington State dental license in good standing.

· Has Three or more years of clinical experience strongly preferred.

· Is confident in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning and restorative dentistry.

· Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and Team.

· Enjoys building long-term patient relationships.

· Works collaboratively and treats every team member with respect.

· Is dependable, accountable, and composed in a busy clinical environment.

· Is receptive to feedback and committed to continued growth.

· Is enthusiastic about modern digital dentistry.

· Understands the value of ethical marketing, patient education, and community visibility.

· Is interested in building a long-term professional home

Experience with Invisalign, Implants, Sleep dentistry, Botox, or laser dentistry is welcomed but not required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

· Compensation: Percentage of collections and discussed during interview process.

· Expected earnings: Estimated compensation: Range $100,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on days worked and clinical production. Position begins part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week, with a pathway to full-time as the schedule grows.
