About Us

We are a privately owned, well-established dental group in Boulder, Colorado, looking for a full-time General Dentist for a long-term opportunity.

This is a strong position for a dentist who wants the support of an established group practice without the corporate DSO environment. Our offices have a steady flow of new patients, a large base of long-term patients, experienced support staff, and modern technology to help our dentists succeed.

We accept primarily PPO insurance plans and do not participate in HMO plans. Lab fees are paid by the practice.

Compensation

• 30%–33% of adjusted production
• Lab fees paid by the practice
• Annual earning potential: $180,000–$350,000+

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations
• Diagnose and treatment plan ethically, confidently, and clearly
• Provide general dentistry, including restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, preventive care, and oral surgery
• Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team
• Provide high-quality care in an efficient and professional manner

Experience with third molar extractions and implant placement is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Colorado dental license, or ability to obtain one before starting
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and good work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude
• Interest in a long-term position in a busy private practice setting

Schedule

Full-time position. Monday–Friday schedule available, with some flexibility depending on candidate fit.
