Noble Community Clinics is seeking an Associate Dental Director to join our team and provide clinical leadership for our dental services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is passionate about patient-centered care, provider development, and improving access to quality dental services in a community health center setting.

As the Associate Dental Director, you will provide clinical supervision and mentorship to dental providers, support the growth and operations of our dental program, and collaborate closely with the Chief Dental Officer and site leadership. This role combines clinical dentistry with leadership, quality improvement, provider development, and program oversight.

What You'll Do

Provide Clinical Care

Examine patients, diagnose dental and oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans. Provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental care. Educate patients on oral health and disease prevention. Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate. Promote high-quality, patient-centered dental care.

Lead & Develop Dental Providers

Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to dental providers. Support provider development, engagement, and professional growth. Participate in provider evaluations and performance development. Represent dental providers and communicate their needs and recommendations to the Chief Dental Officer.

Support Dental Operations & Program Growth

Assist with administering, maintaining, and expanding dental programs and services. Collaborate with operational and fiscal leaders on dental site operations. Support dental budget development and monitoring. Prepare and monitor reports related to dental program performance and initiatives. Help achieve organizational and programmatic goals.

Champion Quality & Compliance

Participate in Quality Improvement, Peer Review, and other committees. Monitor adherence to clinical protocols, standards, and best practices. Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

Build Teams & Community Partnerships

Assist with continuing education, training, and staff orientation. Share clinical expertise and best practices with providers and staff. Participate in recruitment and retention activities. Support community outreach and oral health promotion. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and organizational leaders.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited dental school. Unrestricted Wisconsin dental license. Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience preferred. 2–3 years of experience in people management and building a positive, engaged team environment preferred. Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency program preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
