Duties

• Perform dental scaling and prophylaxis to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
• Take digital dental x-rays accurately, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, oral health care tips, and answering questions to promote understanding and compliance.
• Educate patients on proper dental care practices, including brushing, flossing, and other preventive measures.
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of patient treatments and interactions in compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting.
• Certification or licensing as a Dental Hygienist according to local regulations.
• Proficiency in performing dental x-rays.
• Excellent communication skills with a caring and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
