Southampton Dental Solutions is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Southampton, Pennsylvania. This full-time or part-time flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients and collaborating with our dedicated dental team.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages. Perform examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care. Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, preventive care, and long-term dental needs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records. Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk staff to ensure a smooth patient experience. Participate in emergency and same-day dental care when appropriate. Follow applicable dental regulations, professional standards, and practice policies. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ethical and patient-centered dentistry. Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team. New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply. Experience with Curve Dental is preferred. Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation

Salary with commission/collections, ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 plus 35%-40% commission/collections.
