Associate General Dentist

Hi! We're looking for a dentist who is eager to practice and learn with potential partnership opportunities in the future. We are a family-run office with a high volume of patients and we are excited to hear from you!

We are open to either a Part time or Full time candidate.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM

Qualifications:

• Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Licensure: Must hold a current, valid Maryland dental license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Demonstrated clinical competency paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment: A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough examinations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and perform a variety of dental procedures with precision.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while adhering to all compliance and infection control protocols.

Professional Development: Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with advancements in dental practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
