Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist—or a General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus—who genuinely enjoys working with children and families. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide gentle, comprehensive dental care in a positive, child-friendly environment
• Perform thorough exams and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver preventive, restorative, and emergency care, including cleanings, fluoride, sealants, fillings, crowns, extractions, and space maintainers
• Help children and parents feel comfortable and confident through clear communication and education
• Work collaboratively with our pediatric and orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Pediatric dentistry training preferred, or strong experience treating children
• Active state dental license and DEA registration
• A gentle, patient, and friendly chairside manner
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children and parents
• A commitment to continuous learning and providing excellent care
