A few times each month, you’ll also work from our Phoenix corporate HQ, gaining exposure to healthcare operations, scheduling, and care coordination.</p> <hr data-start="1428" data-end="1431"> <h3 data-section-id="187pcd9" data-start="1433" data-end="1455"><strong data-start="1437" data-end="1455">What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul data-spread="false" data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Assist the dentist during exams and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Set up portable equipment and maintain sterilization and infection control standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support patient intake, documentation, and a comfortable care experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with clinic staff and our corporate team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support office projects, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you grow.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1815" data-end="1818"> <h3 data-section-id="164kf6m" data-start="1820" data-end="1853"><strong data-start="1824" data-end="1853">What Makes This Different</strong></h3> <p data-start="1855" data-end="1925">This is not a traditional dental office or high-volume clinic setting.&nbsp;Our Dental Assistants work <strong data-start="1954" data-end="1992">directly inside senior care centers</strong>, bringing care to patients who otherwise have limited access.
