We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented General Dentist who wants more than just an associate position. This opportunity is designed for a dentist who wants to build a strong patient base, expand their clinical skills, achieve high production, and potentially grow into partnership and practice ownership.

The ideal candidate enjoys comprehensive dentistry, is motivated to maintain a productive schedule, and wants to continually advance clinically. Implant and surgical experience is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is equally important.

What We’re Looking For

Highly motivated dentist with a strong work ethic and desire to produce Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning and larger cases Experience with or strong interest in implant dentistry and oral surgery Confident performing a broad range of general dentistry procedures Strong case presentation and patient communication skills Efficient while maintaining excellent quality of care Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to practice growth Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in leadership and potentially owning a practice Implant & Surgical Mentorship

Case discussions are always welcome and encouraged. You will have direct access to the owner dentist for case review, collaborative treatment planning, and clinical guidance.

For dentists interested in expanding their capabilities, mentoring and coaching in implant dentistry and surgical procedures will be provided by the owner dentist.

You will have the opportunity to progressively expand your skills, increase your confidence with advanced procedures, and take on more comprehensive and higher-value cases.

Partnership & Ownership Opportunity

For the right dentist, this position offers a potential pathway to partnership beginning as early as 6 months, based on performance, clinical quality, production, leadership, and mutual fit.

For dentists with an entrepreneurial mindset, there may also be opportunities to progress toward practice ownership.

We are looking for someone who wants to build something long term, not simply work a schedule.
